34x12.5x15 TrXus MTs, they balance well and are quiet on the freeway, and work great in dirt mud and snow. I haven't tried them on rock yet but I assume they'd do alright there too.

The rear doesn't flex as well as the front but I have a ton of leaves back there

Toasted the carrier bearing and a seal in the front passenger side axle. I bought something else to drive so I can spend some more quality time with the HB. What do you all think of putting a Pathy 4link on the back?

I think when you get weight in the back from camping gear that it will flex just nicely. Don't worry about it empty.

So to give me some more time with the HB, I bought this:

More badass than they get credit for, plenty of poop from the 2.6 4banger and 4.56s, fairly rare being a '94 with a tach and most of the other options. I sold it (and regret it) to buy this:

Which I also sold, and also regret selling. Somewhat built (injectors, turbo, ground fuel plate, blah) 12V 5speed with only 155k when I sold it.

With the economy being down we all got put back to hourly at work and cut 1 rotating day a week. I sold the Dodge when I found out and have been DDing the Nissan. It hasn't been my only rig since I was 17, and I'm enjoying it. I haven't done anything about that blown axle seal other than add fluid, but did replace the rear driveshaft with one from an '01 Frontier. I need to have the tires balanced again, or maybe the rear driveshaft, as I get some speed-variable vibes, but it's really fun to drive. I finally had the exhaust replaced and it's much quieter. Not near enough power but meh. It does great in our severe weather, rides nice, wheels nice, and gets terrible mpg. I love it.

Was excited to see this today:

Then I realized the only stock things are the tranny, tcase, and some of the sheetmetal.

Hope to be joining the homeowner ranks soon so crossing my fingers the truck holds together awhile more.
